LabBiofilter simulates microbial processes in layered tanks over time. Data from LabBiofilter is exported in spreadsheet format, and can be opened in Excel or any other spreadsheet program. LabBiofilter exports time series (Tables) or depth profile data (Profiles).
The progress of the simulations can be monitored in two graph panels:

The Profile plot panel
The Quadruple graph panels is a time series plot, showing process rates or nutrient concentrations in the top layer of each component. Four time series are shown. The graphs display total mass of nutrients or total process rates. This allows comparison of masses or process rates between model components. Note different scales for each component. Time series of summed rates of consumption and production of compounds by each species of bacteria within each component, as well as mass values of NH4, NO3, and HS can be displayed.
The Profile plot panel shows depth profiles of nutrients or process rates for all components. Four profiles are shown at the time.
