Example of a microscope setup for motion analysis of microscopic organisms, using a standard microsope and a IR sensitivt color XC259R camera:

For the illumination a single IR (infra red) LED light is sufficient. The light was mounted in a round flat holder, which fits into the microsope light shaft:

The Frame grammer used was a GRABSTER AV330 external USB grabber.
