LabCellCount examples

Below some examples of organism or cell counts with LabCellCount are shown. Please let us know if you would like to test your application with LabTrack. A free trial license for LabTrack is available for download.

Examples of organism or cell counts with LabCellCount:

 Bacteria on a grid

The original image.

Classification of the organisms with the neural network classifier. The organisms have been classified as "Cell", or unknown particles "?" 

Counting oand classifcation of bacteria

The result of the analysis is shown as a histogram: number of organisms (y-aksis), and their sizes here in pixels (x-axis). The total count in this example was 18 cells. 

Data are saved in table format which can be read by spreadsheets or databases.

Minimum and maximum countable particles sizes can be defined in the Results stage.

Sizes of each organism are given. In this example the length of each organism is given in mm.

Choose between length, area, perimeter, elongation factor (length/width).

The result of the analysis is shown as a histogram: number of organisms (y-aksis), and their sizes in mm2 (x-axis). 

Data are saved in table format which can be read by spreadsheets or databases.
