LabMicrobe Results

Results are displayed in table format or as histogram, and are automatically saved in a format which can be read by Excel or other spreadsheets.

The following data are available:

  • Number of bacteria
  • Bacterial types (defined by neural network classifier)
  • Sizes of each type of bacteria
  • Number of dividing bacterial cells as indicator of bacterial growth
  • Results are automatically saved in spreadsheet format
