LabTrack 3D

LabTrack 3D is a program which can be used in connection with the LabTrack. It reads 2 sets of 2D-Tracks created by LabTrack from 2 perpendicular cameras. LabTrack3D is downloaded together with LabTrack.

LabTrack3D is an add-on utility for LabTrack. It reads 2 sets of 2D-Tracks created by LabTrack from 2 perpendicular cameras. An algorithm combines the two sets of 2D-tracks into 3D tracks, which can be viewed in a 3D-graph. The Tracks can be viewed from all directions. The data, including velocity and acceleration can be exported in spreadsheet format.

The graph below shows an eksample of threedimensional swimming paths. The graphs show the swimming paths of Polydora ciliata larvae.
